Overall Objective

Salary per annum: R630 822

Requirements: A degree in Economics, Business Economics or Accounting. Three years' experience as an Investigator, Economic/Financial Analyst or Auditor. An understanding of trade remedies instruments and their role in economic development. An understanding of the role of the multilateral trading system. Leadership qualities and ability to work independently and in a team. An ability to communicate effectively. Professional conduct and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities: Accountable to the Senior Manager, the Project Manager will: Conduct and manage investigations relating to Trade Remedies. Manage investigation teams assigned to specific investigations. Research and analyse information and present findings as may be required. Give input in preparation of position papers on topics emanating from trade remedies investigations. Liaise with various stakeholders in different levels in carrying out various duties and be prepared to represent the institution in various forums from time to time.
